Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new image drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a notes section identifying various areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
